How do I change my password?

If you’ve lost your password, please click on the Forgot Password button on the login screen.

Then enter the email address connected to your account. In a few minutes you’ll receive an email that will help you reset your password.

Remember: Your password must be 6 characters long and include one uppercase letter, one special character (such as *, &, or $) and one or more numerical digits.

Press the Next button at the bottom of the screen to save your new password.
