When you have a trip without a specific pickup time, you can notify Veyo that you are ready to be picked up through the Member Portal. This is called a "Will Call" trip.
1. Log in to the Member Portal. If you have a Will Call trip without a specific pickup time, the Veyo Member Portal will ask you to confirm that you are ready to be picked up. If you are ready to be picked up, tap PICK ME UP to let Veyo know you are ready to be picked up.
2. Next, confirm the pickup address and tap YES, I'M READY.
3. The Veyo system will now work to find a driver for your trip. You will see a confirmation that we are finding a driver to assist you. This may take a few minutes. Clicking on the refresh link will provide you with updates on your trip status.
4. Refresh the link periodically to get updates and see when a Driver is on the way to pick you up. When a driver is on the way you will see "Your driver is on their way!"
